Sartori company born in the late 50’s when Claudio Sartori interpreted a widespread need at the moment and taking real cars as a starting point, thought up and built the first children’s car for the amusement industry. Thus, with loads of new ideas and few economic resources, the founder of the company took an interest in this field.
As the years went by, he continued to create new attractions drawing on the everyday world. Thanks to his constant contact with his customers and to his receptiveness of the reality that sorrounded him, he was able to interpret and, at times, even anticipate the most diverse demands from the market.
Continuous updating in technology and design coupled with the know-how he had so well perfected over the years created a distinctive style taking Sartori to the highest levels among the manufacturing companies of the amusement field.
Premises, Staff
Today, Sartori employs over 100 qualified staff on its premises, which extend over a covered area of 18.000 m² out of a total surface of 50.000 m². Its structure includes research and development offices with technicians who conceive the attractions, its own engineers who do the checking as well as the statistic and dynamic calculations to finally arrive to the prototype and its actual testing.
The whole production cycle takes place inside the factory, guaranteeing perfect realization of the work with highly qualified staff (such as TÜV-certified welders), with the use of material in perfect compliance with the most stringent safety standards (DIN and TÜV) and proven and tested components.
Services
Particular attention was given to the services offered to the customers, with a sales department which can give the buyer assistance in whatever he needs (financing, documents, transport arrangements and so on), a team of 10 highly qualified technicians for installation of the attractions and on-the-spot training of the operators as well, a technical department which can give whatever information is needed and who can offer a fast and efficient post sales assistance service. |
